Lottery Membership is available in the following amounts

Monthly membership (when paying by Direct Debit only) – this would contribute towards the cost of a patient visiting the day hospice
13 weeks membership – you’ll be helping fund the cost of our counselling and support services for a patient and their family
26 weeks membership – you’ll be helping fund a Community Clinical Nurse Specialist for one hour
52 weeks membership – This would help fund the meals, support and specialist care offered to a patient staying at the hospice
How to Join
Here are four simple ways you can join;
- Online – Click here to join or renew your lottery membership using our secure system
- By telephone – Please call lottery hotline on 0870 085 3779. Opening hours are 09.00am – 05.00pm, Monday to Friday. Out of hours you can leave a message and someone will return your call. Minimum payment of 13 weeks via debit or credit card
- By post – Click here to download our lottery application form, enclosing cheque/postal order or credit/debit card details. On a 13, 26 or 52 week basis
- Through your bank – You can help to reduce our administration costs by paying by via Direct Debit Click here to download an entry form.
Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
Lottery Gift Subscription
Looking for a different Gift? Ideal for Birthdays, Christmas, Weddings, Anniversaries, Mothers Day, Fathers Day or any special occasion!
Why not buy a loved one a 5 week (£10), 10 week (£20), 13 week (£26), 26 week (£52) or 52 week (£104) Lottery Gift Subscription. It is easy to set up and just think – your gift could be the winning ticket!
Either purchase online via the registration form, choosing the gift subscription field or click Lottery Gift Subscription to download the application form and return to the hospice.
Once we receive this form and your payment a Gift Voucher will be sent to you in the post. You then have the perfect present to give to your friend or family member.
To activate the Gift Voucher the bearer will need to call the Lottery Hotline on: 0870 085 3779 with the Voucher Number and their details (instructions are also included on the Voucher).
Please note you do not need to supply us with the details of the person for whom you are purchasing the Gift Voucher for.
